Description This is a quickie tutorial I did last year for instructables.com, but i forgot to post it here. So, here it is.

The only measurements on it are the ones for the cuff portion and the length of 20g wire to start with. I did that because it's supposed to be a freeform ear cuff. This is just a suggested swirl pattern. Really, the only important part is getting the cuff portion correct so it fits. The rest is all up to your imagination.

This is lovely for just basic shapes. The cuff part is the hardest, I think. I don't know why I never thought of bending it in half first and shaping it from there.

There are lots of different ways to get started, but bending it in half is always the easiest way for me. Once you get it right this way though, you'll start coming up with tons of other ways to do it too. You'll go crazy trying to figure out why you never though of them before.
