Injuries is a part of martial arts.

There is the occasional bumps and bruises. In sparing session, one may even get a broken limb if they are not careful.

Especially against an opponent who is much stronger than you.

She came 30 days ago. You know that well because that was the day she caught your eye.

Her innocent smile and petite body screamed for protection.

Being her senior, sensai asked you to teach her the basics.

You could still remember the blush on her cheeks when you taught her the first move. The over shoulder throw.

You purposfully slowed down so that she could sense every move that she needs to do. As you gently lay her on the mat, you saw her smile.

You made eye contact but her eyes quickly looked away.

Her face is flushed with an embarassing blush.

You hold out your hand to help her up.

That night went on with you allowing her to throw you down on the mat to practice.

Everytime she tried to lift you, you jumped to match her action.

Without your little hop, she would not have the power to even remotely lift you.

Her fraile petite body is just so delicate.

At the end of the night, she was lying on the mat, panting with exhaustion. You handed her a sports drink and she grabbed it without saying a word and walked towards the changing room.

This goes on for 4 weeks.

By the 28th day, you have already been out with her on several dates. You talked and she mostly listened. When you asked her why she joins the class, she just stayed quiet and sips her drink.

Night came and you two were the last out of the dojo. Tonight, you are going out with her to a club with live music. She wanted to shower before the date and so you waited.

The old Dojo is on the second floor of an old building. Sensai owns the whole building and he lives on the third floor. The changing rooms are on the second floor just above the Dojo. As she comes down after the shower, you were treated to a gorgoes petite girl, in a vest and mini shorts.

She looks stunning at the top of the stairs.

As she take a step down the stairs, her left foot tripped on the step and she rolled down the stairs. Screaming in agony, you rushed to her at the bottom of the steps.

She is in a bad shape. She kept screaming not to touch her.

Her sentence was given in the emergency room. A spiral fracture of the tibia in her right leg. Radius fracture on the left and ulna on the right. Her left ankle is not broken but it was quite badly sprained.

She apologised for being a clutz and drifted off to sleep because of the drugs.

You went back the next day. She slept through the 4 hour visit. But as you looked at her, you could see that she is smiling.

Tonight, when you get to the dojo, You saw her sitting on the side with her Ke on.

You walked towards her wanting to know why she is here.

"I just want to be close to you."

She looked down and blushed.
