Hi!, well the size of this ring corresponds to 11 (21mm diameter) in USA, it could be done in size 4 or 5 but it would be very expensive because a new wax model should be done. You can see the prices in the shop, in the right botton part you can choose language (flags) and change currency, anyway, the price in USD is 285.98 and after the discount it costs 200,19 USD.
