I decided to play around a little with the design on this one, so he ended up being a mishmash of my favorite He-man incarnations. I think this is one of my better coloring jobs.Related content

I like the fact that you kept the old (and by far the best) design of the power sword!
He is a very heavy metal Heman, though i'd paint his loincloth dark sepia, like his leather gloves.
But that's just a minor detail!

I did give serious thought to a brown loincloth, but I decided that the red had a more sci-fi feel. It looks less realistic. But I figure the guy rides around on a green tiger, so the idea that he killed an animal with red fur and wears its skin isn't so much of a stretch. I wanted to throw in a little brown as a send up to the 2002 He-man, which is why all the straps are brown.
