Description
Here's an example of cards based on the sixth of my template designs, featuring cards from each of the five Civilizations. Now, I wasn't all that big on the template designs that were used when Wizards tried rebooting the game in English as "Kaijudo", but for some reason some elements of those templates (which are loosely featured in Magic: The Gathering cards) began to rattle around as possible design features in my mind. So I decided to give it a go and try using them as part of the next design! Some elements of the template are based proportion-wise on those of the designs used for the original game. With the exception of the card illustrations themselves, every element of these designs were all drawn out personally, including the Shield Trigger, Blocker, Evolution, Survivor, Wave Striker and Civilization emblems. The typefaces I used were Aclonica for the card names, Eurostyle for the creature races and card types, Myriad Pro for the ability/flavour text, illustrator and card number/trademark, Franklin Gothic Demi Cond for the mana counter, and Squada One for the playing cost/creature power.

Duel Masters belongs to Wizards of the Coast and Takara Tomy. This is purely a fan project done for personal satisfaction and fun.
