-cuddles Haa-san- It's true...even though the Trio's quite popular, it's not realistic for fangirls since Aaya, Shii-chan and Ha'ri are all in their 20's (probably early 30's now) and the others (Yuki, Kyou, Haru, Momiji) are much younger. o.o;;

I do like Hatori bless him, although Shigure is my favourite. I feel theres lots to kind of portray about the older guys, as their past is quite a mystery too. But I like Kyo and Hatsu as well, Yuki I find a little cold...and wierd! And don't get me started on Akito!!

I love how you did his hair, esp the highlights. I'm glad you didn't use the anime colours (olive green, yuk, doesn't suit him at all...)

That is so true! Especially the anime colours, I'm never sure what colour eyes he has, I think they're supposed to be purple, which would be so damn cool! I love how in the illustrations of him Shigure and Ayame he's always looking sideways at Ayame and looks really annoyed, he does it in almost every illustration lol! I love the Mabodachi Trio, you've got the insane Ayame, the VERY sane Hatori and Shigure who swings from one to the other, I'd love to do more drawings of them as a group.
I prefer the older members of the Sohma family, but I'm surprised by how little they get drawn, especially on here...

I agree, people usually focus on Kyou and Yuki and sometimes Hatsuharu, Kisa and Momiji in the Sohmas, and Tohru, probably because they are more of the main characters? esp Kyou and Yuki. I love the Mabodachi Trio, well, Ayame can be annoying, and I find that my energy is drained when he appears (same with Kyou and Hatori...poor Ha-san...), but I do like the fact that he's willing to stop being insane when Hatori tells him to. Of course, I love my Ha-san and Gure-san

Yep with Ayame you just have to sit back and go 'woah...' I do like all the characters and I love the depth behind them! but I hope there will be more revealed about those three in the manga to come

Yeah I know, it's the same as it was with Phantom of the Opera, once it's out of my system it's okay! However considering Fruits Basket is so far fifteen books long and I'm only on number eight, we could be obsessed for a while
