Description
Somebody just finished the sixth Harry Potter book didn't they?Yes, yes they did...
Now I don't generally do HP art, so this is a first and last. But I really like the character of Lupin. God knows why.
I drew this on the way home today whilst waiting for my plane, delayed for an hour, the bastards...done in biro then added colour on Photoshop. No need to crit this, it was only an hour sketch

Aww - Lupin looks so sweet!
Though he could be a little more supportive/active when it comes to Harry, in my view He's practically a second godfather, so why doesn't he act like it?! Why does he keep his distance, and not even write? Bastard. Harry needs a giant hug, can't anyone see this?! Grrr.

i think i know what's really the best part of your way of drawing: the faces. very expressive. ^_^
other than that, can't say much as I didn't read any HP...only watched the first 2 movies

Heh then you must read my friend, to thoroughly understand the intricacies of my art...blah blah blah...and also because the books are highly entertaining.
Thank you so much for observing the faces, I have to admit, thats the part I work the most on, and have been practicing on for god knows how long. I think the face is crucial personality and mood wise, but now I have to really practice drawing poses more.
Do you ever find you just keep sticking to what you're good at?

hmm yes, the HP books are indeed on my to-read list, but i have to find them in English as translations have a way of making me notice all errors instead of focusing on the story
and yes I know what you mean by sticking to what you do best it's hard to improve on aspects you know you're not good at (smart of me to notice, isn't?...) but meh...art deserves sacrifices
and it's summer holidays...gosh, I don't kniow about you, but I feel like I have all the time in the world to do anything I want XD

Yeah, I've been away for a while. Vacation for a week, and then I had to work on storyboarding.
