Aside from the AK gas system where does the AK part come in? does it use the same type or rotary bolt but modified for 5.56x45 ".223" NATO? Also the surefire vertical grip is not needed as the magazine is generally used as the vertical grip. Also would it be compatible with existing STANAG and Magpul P & E magazines? It also odd that you have both an EOTECH and M68 aimpoint optics attaches as the M68 would partially block the shooters line of sight making it difficult to properly aim.

You have a good concept but unfortunately this is a case of too much uber tactical. To fix it id recommend removing the EOTECH rear sight, surefire grip, and cover the forward assist bolt on the side above the pistol grip directly under & slightly behind the EOTECH sight. Removing the EOTECH would allow the shooter the flexibility of being able to use either the aimpoint or standard iron sights at the same time in combat. Also replace the stock with aside folding variant as its most likely using the same internal mechanism of the AK and thus does not need the gas piston in the standard AR-15/16, M4, & M16 series of weapons. A side folding stock similar to the one used on the ZM Weapons series of LR-300 M4 rebuilds.

You dont have to add the charging bolt as it could be on the left side similar to the FN FAL series of battle rifles

Over all a good concept and thus earns my fav.
