Is this a single shot?? The sky looks almost like hdr...

Prints seem to be working fine, I just uploaded one without a hitch.

It is an HDR. I thionk I'm gonna go down to 3 frames from now on, there's just too much motion with 5, even with the CL option.

K, I wasn't sure, since the metadata said that there was a shutter speed, however...strange...it may be lol. I shoot seven frames, man lol! And what do you mean by CL? Also, how's the 300s!?!? Do you love it to death yet?? hahaha

Yeah honestly I didn't know how that got there xD, I mean it was an HDR file so you got me. and 7 frames? Geeze dude, don't you get some motion blur in your HDR processing? It was kind of windy that day so a lot of the trees looked bad, plus the water ripples were bad too. The thing was I was shooting on like f/22 so the shutter speed was going down to like 1/10 seconds and well...that'll show up a lot. Oh and CL, it's an option on the d300s, not sure if it's on the d300 though, but the shutter speed shoots like ridiculously fast. And yes, I'm in love XD

Maybe I just get lucky with mine?? I dunno lol, but somehow I pull it off...I usually shoot really fast, like the nine frames per sec, so it freezes objects pretty well. Also, if I do get motion, I cheat by developing the best one of the seven images and then replace the part of the photo in photoshop with the still one.

Yeah it's tricky, I obviously don't want to bracket with shutter priority because the depth of field will get all messed up, but if I do it with aperture priority, the shutter speeds will get too slow if I'm using a small aperture because not enough light will get in. But yeah, I used to cheat with my old camera with the bracketing, but that's before I got photomatix because HDR on photoshop just didn't look good lol. But again, with the photo merge process I did with photoshop I ran into a few problems too. Oh well, I'll work out the kinks. Maybe I'll have to just do like 5 frames with an f/14 or f/16 aperture. That's still pretty sharp.

Yeah I usually find it unnecessary to stop all the way down, with the 10mm I can usually shoot on like 7.1, or usually the smallest I'll go is around 16 unless I have a tripod. Motion blur doesn't really remove from images, though, imo, and if it is distracting, just use photoshop!
