The filter makes it look dream-like. It almost seems like that street isn't actually part of reality. This shot has a very nice mood to it.

That looks kinda trippy "O____O" Like how there's a bit of a bend on this picture.. it's especially prominent on the sky. Nice job on putting the guy smack-dab in the middle, too. This is definitely a lovely piece.
