Description The Dixie R2 Challenger for Dan Roberts ( )
For the Rev Rider Race by

I kept the lines as close to the original as possible in most parts (Except the head lines, which I still am bad at for classic cars). The details in some areas are very bold while in other parts is next to impossible to see without zooming in more then the actual picture size.

As it is part of the Rev Rider Race, and being on the Desert Strikers team (Same as the earlier Furai R2), It too comes with the forced air brake system, which gives the brakes better performance in harsh desert environments then the standard brakes.

Engine: Super-charged Induction V8
Displacement: 5.0L
Horse Power: 660@7200rpm
Drive Train: Front-Engine All-Wheel Drive (F-AWD)
Transmission: 5-speed Manual
Weight: 1.3 tons

I have no idea which are mine, I have too many to count, and half of them are lost...

Although I do have 2 unopened 25th anneversary Lamborghini Countach's

I recently got one my favorite Real life Cars in Hot Wheels, the 2011 Dodge Charger R/T

Heh, I rarely keep my cars in their packages. I like using them for Stop Motion Videos

I usually get 2, one to shoot with other for collectors purpose.

I got a few of my favorite cars too, including the Mutsubishi Evo X, Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, Infinity G37X, Dodge Viper ACR, and Nissan GT-R.

I usually get one, and If I see one in a different color I like, I get it too

Used to be I would mostly get Hot Wheels original designs(Fast Fish, Thomassima 3, Rogue Hogg, ETC)
But when Hot Wheels started coming out with the Deloreans and The Batmobiles, I couldn't resist

I haven't been keeping up lately. The really nice ones are kind of expensive...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Spuderific In reply to Genises [2011-05-17 21:59:49 +0000 UTC]

I mostly get the $1 dollar ones

The biggest Hot Wheels I got is the "1:18" 1989 Batmobile. (I put 1:18 in quotation Marks because the Car is not really 1:18 scale)

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Genises In reply to Spuderific [2011-05-17 22:10:31 +0000 UTC]

it was 1:18 at some point

Yea, I usually get the $1 ones. There are several that are $2+ but the details on them is incredible, but still....

Spuderific In reply to Genises [2011-05-17 22:17:19 +0000 UTC]

Whenever I go for something more expensive than Hot Wheels I go for one of the other Brands, Johnny Lightning.

Genises In reply to Spuderific [2011-05-17 22:21:49 +0000 UTC]

I just don't but the expensive one since there's usually a $1 version of the expensive one, like the Viper ACR

My Bro is more of the JL fan anyway, he has an entire desk draw full of JL cars still in the package, some from the early 2000's
Most of them are Mopar models though

I'm more into the modern styles with the sharp lines, but the traditional look does pop up good once in a while.

I'm kinda on the boder of both worlds.
The old 60's are awesome, but the new Muscle cars being produced today are sweet as well.
The new 2012 Charger SRT-8 is rumored to have a top speed of 175 MPH!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Genises In reply to Spuderific [2011-05-17 23:20:26 +0000 UTC]

Considering it has a 5.6L V8 outputting 470hp, you can see why ^^

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Spuderific In reply to Genises [2011-05-18 03:29:53 +0000 UTC]

Actually it's the new 6.4 L pushing out 460 HP

Plus it has that cylinder shut-off for fuel efficency

Genises In reply to Spuderific [2011-05-18 03:33:29 +0000 UTC]

wrong engine with wrong power output
But yea, its the most powerful of the trio.

Spuderific In reply to Genises [2011-05-18 03:37:49 +0000 UTC]

The 5.7L goes into Dodge's R/T models.
The 6.1L was what they put in the SRT-8 before coming out with the larger 6.4L
The 6.4: is coming in the 2011 Challenger SRT-8 392 and the 2012 Charger and 300 SRT-8

Dodge's main muscle power right now is the Challenger and Charger because of the one year hiatus in the production of the Viper.

Mustang has the new boss 302 and Super Snake.

Camaro has.....I forgot

You know, with all these computer systems they're putting into new Cars that amp up the horse power, people have to have a degree in electronics.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Genises In reply to Spuderific [2011-05-19 20:06:59 +0000 UTC]

I'm not worried about the electronics for the horse power as long as its "gas pedal = go faster"

I'm more worried about the drive settings. Like AMG's settings for practically everything and BMW's i-Drive system.

And ironicly, I do have a degree in electronics~
