Description Okay, so not one of my better titles, but Ballad's still cute when she's bored.

I wanted to make sure I did something for the month of September, so I coloured one of my favourite "Musical Moods". Plus now you can see what Ballad's new clothes look like in colour. Also, I'm still messing around with shading, trying different things, seeing what looks good.

Her head and hair is actually the note The symbol above her head is a fermata.


Hmm... I'd say angry would be aΒ martellato (upside-down 'v') or maybe an accent with tenuto.

I say It would be better as the martellato than the tenuto, I think it would look better for the angry

Thanks I tend to take my time thinking of a good title... sometimes too long.

I plan to do more coloured-line versions; they really do soften the overall feel.

Kind of The accents appear when the strength of her emotion passes a certain threshold. Β Sort of like how comic book and anime characters get sweatdrops and shock lines.

I really like that you colored some of the lines Like on the shoes and t-shirt, it really makes the drawing feel warmer since the dark lines can be pretty harsh sometimes against lighter colors. The shading is nice too,Β I really like it on her face and hair.

Thank you I'm trying to convince myself to use thinner lines, and try colouring them, for that reason. Β It makes the outlines less of a contrast to the colours inside. Β But it's proving hard to break old habits...
