man, i love these! those backsprites are awesome, too. i've always wondered what the best way to do a b/w backsprite would be.

Very nice job on the sprites! I really love the coloration, style, and shading used for them. It seems to five them their own style, which is excellent. However, I just need to point out one issue: The grass type sprite looks awesome, but the back sprite could benefit from moving the eyes slightly forward or adjusting it somehow. I like it, but it looks a little bit like it has a second head, if that makes sense. Other than that, excellent job.
