Kulometná pistole Vz.38Our pre-war first SMG for fortification crew. Sadly came too late... In comparison with German MP-38/40 this gun using weaker ammo but have bigger magazine for !96! bullets. Photo taken from Army museum Žižkov in Prag.

Also was classic magazines for 24 and 36 rounds but as i said, its weapon for crew of fortifications so if you have jammed MG, just take it from loophole, replace it with this and continiue...

But just in look, this gun shoots 9mm Vz.22 which is 9mm browning and its really weak ammunition. Thompson have 45. ACP and thats much stronger...
Maybe you can use Vz. 24/26, it shoots with 7,62 tokarev.
