I saw your paper version and thought you might get a kick out of a 2D to 3D conversion of the same thing.
I once built a 3D puzzle of the "Millennium falcon" that was lots of fun. Brought it to a party and had it built in no time with everyone helping to piece it together. It was a big hit a the party as well.
Good thing I had a lot of geeky friends back then. We really enjoyed doing it so much that we started "puzzle parties" "PP's" for short.
We once put the worlds most difficult puzzle together, it has the same picture on both side and one side is flipped. We were shy of only minutes to setting a new world record with this puzzle. Anyway...
Sorry for being long-winded.
Thanks for the of the M-falcon 3D conversion image.

WOW. Now this is some effect here. Wonderfully done - did you use several levels? That is what it feels like!

Thank you for showing!

Seen it but have really no idea how that works... me being lame 3D noob - but an eager reader and fast learner as pointed out in another comment...

wow. That's paydirt. Thank you for so generously sharing your resources, George! I see myself indebted and will pass the word on on who made me stumble upon this with every picture I base on this knowledge.

It's not such a big deal, but thanks nonetheless for your ferocity and exuberance, it much appreciated.

Thanks so much. It didn't come easy, 5 or 6 d-maps later I might add.
Would you like me to submit the depth-map I created for this image?
I now save every map I make.
