That's funny. Yeah, Wingul actually does have sleeves on his costume I didn't draw them at this point because sleeves sometimes make it hard to get the arm right. In this case the wings are symbolic. Wingul actually has more of a cape that flares out when he transforms.

You should totally draw Wingul sometime if you're looking for something to draw. He's so your type of character I think.

Yeah, what's funny is I do sometimes see his name translated as Wingar instead of Wingul.
