Months had passed, and it was only the sounds of little hooves into the distance that had Dahlia lifting her head to see what herd was approaching. Over the summer she and Druig had grown close, her affections for the stallion growing with each cheeky play, found food and cold night pressed together under the stars. Shed almost forgotten her herd, the one Yashmir led until she saw him over the crest of the hill. Druig spotted him immediately, and rushed to her. "Dahlia, Heart- we can keep running but i am tired" she looked at him and saw how fatigued he really was, but she didn't want to leave him behind.

The aggravated whinny of Yashmir turning and bolting towards them rung in her ears. "we talk!" she gasped out, legs turning to bolt again. "you've taken good care of me, maybe we can convince him to let you stay, if not ill find you" she replied.
