I wont bother making a witty comment. I will however offer an explanation.The Japanese voice actor for Sigma in all of the MegaMan X games is the same voice that voices Patrick Stuart in the Japanese dubs for Star Trek: The Next Generation as Captain Picard.
So naturally I just did what anyone with photo-manipulation programs would do...
