UPDATE: The Blood Sin perished in the Devastation of Baal. The remnants of the chapter were reinforced with Primaris, and reforged as the Blood Gears.A winged servo skull accompanied by a Blood Angels power sword.
The Blood Sin are a successor chapter of the Flesh Tearers. They first came into being back in.... 2001? As I became more and more familiar with 40k and it's fluff they were retconned again and again until I settled on something that suited both my personal style and payed homage to their previous origins.

Probably using an HTML Image code of their avatar which has the link embedded into it.
Google some HTML and look around and you should be able to find it.
There's probably a more simple way to do it but that's the first thing that comes to my mind lol.
