based on me and friends "sharing sessions" when the topic landed on valentine's day.made the sketch in 10 min (hence, the irregular chairs and tables) but spent like hours in front of the computer -_-;
she is wearing a black floral printed dress. black dress is the ultimate outfit (even my designer friends are wearing black all the time ;D)
so, (the singles) decided to spend the day together ^^ i'm already booked, haha
printed the image on index card and sent it to overseas friends (who are also singles) to remind them not to spend the day alone.
why not email? ... dunno, i like something solid and i like snail mail

omg I hate valentines as well
I mean quite seriously what does exchanging; cards, $100 bouquets of flowers, teddy bears and ridulously large balloons. That all carry horrible ludrid pink hearts have anything to do with two italian myrtes that were murdered brutally hundreds of years ago, that were later canonized, and we now have a feast day on the 14th of feb that is over shadowed by the pathetically over comercialized hallmark holiday

well, initially i wanted to draw the whole thing in illustrator because it looked like something that can be done with illustrator easily. somehow, i got pissed with not getting the right curve and angles and colors, so i scanned the sketch and re-do it in photoshop.

I think you can achieve the same result with illustrator or photoshop anyway, except that if you created it in illustrator it would be vector so you can scale it without any distortion :3 Yeah, I really love your style of artworks so it'd be so cool if I had a hard copy version of it.
