Description
You asked for it, so here's a small tutorial for basic needs. This is the first of many, no worries. I just took a few of the main points and made this. I plan on doing more tutorials and improving old ones. Just a last submission before I go.BTW, comments would be nice

Wow, saw this pattern a few years ago and I finally got around to using it. Thanks so much for this tutorial! Always admired your plushies and helped me get into it.

this is very helpful, but i have 2 questions:
1. what type of sewing technique did you use for the third picture?
2. how do you attach the other limbs?

Glacideas In reply to Ponkochi [2011-09-29 14:14:11 +0000 UTC]
I need to make a new one because this is from years ago and really not that great currently, I use a sewing machine. Back then, I used a knot-stitch, which isn't the best, but gets the job done. I hidden stitched to get the limbs and such on back then, though it's better if they are internally attached.

So, if we use this on a plushie, do we have to link the tutorial if we post that plushie on deviantart?

This is a great tutorial! Any chance you have a pattern for the body? I found it hard to follow without seeing the shapes first off (my simple brain can't handle fast moving, awesome tutorials like yours XD)

I have a few questions that I could really use help on ^^" Oh, by the way, this tutorial made it easier for me, so thanks
Now, for the questions:
1) When you sew together the four pedal technique, does that kind of shape appear on it's own?
2) What technique do you use to hide the knot once you've stuffed it?
3) How do you sew the rest of the body parts together so you can't see the thread?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Glacideas In reply to pokemonbreeder1 [2010-08-03 14:13:58 +0000 UTC]
sometimes it does, sometimes you have to smoosh it a little to get it right.
I'll be making a tutorial all about sewing techniques that'll cover this soon. It's hard to explain in words XD
See above for your last question. It's hard for me to explain without pictures.
and glad you liked the tutorial!
