This was the best kitty tutorial I could find. I'm gonna use it in my first plushie, which I originally plotted to be like Firestar(warriors). But after surfing through epic-looking dragon drawings, I'm gonna add wings as an accessory.

Hello! I'm sorry, I'm wondering how do you get the patterns? I want to do Mushu from Mulan to use it along my cosplay and I've been looking around and haven't found a pattern for it, although I found some dragon patterns that I could adapt, I guess. But I guess most people do their own patterns, right? Just wondering if you could give me an idea how to do it? Thanks!

Well I'll have to do Genki another time cause the store never had pink felt so I'm doing a Rainbow Dash plush.... If I'm working on the Genki plush I'll let you know ^^

I love the wings! The shiny fabric looks really cool in contrast to the fabric you used for the body. So cute!!

uhm how do u add colors and stuff like spots? like my fursona i wanna make is a white cat with light purple and light blue spots xD
π: 0 β©: 1
StitchyGirl In reply to shuukaw [2013-02-26 17:51:55 +0000 UTC]
To add spots, I would either paint them on with fabric paint, or cut the spots out of felt (or a different fabric) and attach them with fabric glue or by sewing them on.

Holy shits.. I finaly took some pictures of her >.< She's been done for over a year now but in my mates possesion (the pictures I took of her before I gave her to my mate were on a camera that was later stolen so I never got to upload them.) but here you go. [link]
Thank you so, so very much for this pattern and tutorial. My mate loves his plush dearly and keeps her safe on his bed with him at night~
