Lol yeah, its clear and called a 'blending stick' I think. xD Prisma colored pencil, for about $1.50 since you can buy those colored pencils seperately. xD;; Too bad they are so expensive. e.e;

A clear colored pencil? Just go to any arts and crafts store in your area that sells colored pencil singles. :3

xD Yeah i just use my white colored pencil to blend stuff since it looks shinier. <<; But mwee no problem.
