Oh the horror... An entire game resting on my shoulders and my shiny new MANther back when it was first released... The game started slowly, but by the end I found myself all alone, on 19hp in search of their last tank - An SU-122A - he started capping, so I raced back while loading HE, and lo, he was facing the wrong way! I smacked him hard for 3/4 of his health, and dived behind a wreck - he donked his shot over my head, and that was when the unthinkable happened...PACKET LOSS.
I started turning helplessly in circles, and he casually lined up his shot and put me out of my misery. The shame... I just about threw my modem out the window at that point XD
Still got Ace tanker, funnily - on a tank everyone who had one was playing during those first few days after release
