Well, Fleetway has been discontinued for 15 of those years. They have updated the characters designs as the comic went along and new games game out as far as I'm aware.Β
As accidental and misinformed as it is, I still find it cute and awesome in it's own way. It's sometimes nice to see weird fresh takes on characters.Β

Great design and the green visor adds a nice touch - it doesn't distract from the fact her eyes are green.
I noticed her pico pico hammer is on the side shoulder armor. Does this indicate that she can summon the hammer? Or is that just her design choice?

That's actually really well-drawn, I feel the depth in the post, the perspective from a worm's eye view really sells it. And there's also form and construction to her body. That's so rare in Sonic fan art. The only thing is that her hand is position is a little awkward for me (though not badly drawn,) and the pose is a little stiff, but that's nitpicking, technically it's sound.
