Description
One of my favourite pages to work on this issue. I think it really marks how Sally's absence is felt. Of course, Eggman will make sure they're reunited soon enough.....

I wonder... could this be one of the reasons why King Max had changed completely after the messed up Genesis Wave...? Redemption in an alternate reality?

It could be one of the reasons. After all, I’ve come to notice that while King Max is still the same in the new reality, he’s a lot younger, but instead of being a man driven by his royalty, he’s back to being a good king and while he does seem to still worry for his daughter, he lets Sally stay in the Freedom Fighters. Something in which is completely different to the reality before the events leading up to this.
