Description
One of my favourite pages to work on this issue. I think it really marks how Sally's absence is felt. Of course, Eggman will make sure they're reunited soon enough..... 
Also, this comic will take a brief hiatus due to extraneous circumstances. Read this for details.

It's one of my favourite moments in the story. Max doesn't talk much these days, but I like to show others ways of expressing himself.

I enjoyed Brightburn for what it was. If you ever wanted to see a 'what if' story where Superman grows up to be evil, this is the flick for you. As for Detective Pikachu, I wrote a review here .

It's nice to see this interaction between Lupe and Alicia. This is possibly the first time anyone has outright stated they understand that Alicia and Max must be going through a heartbreaking time concerning Sally. Especially to them.
I know what you were aiming for in the last scene, but having the background so white actually provides such a stark contrast that it doesn't feel right. The washed out image seems to accidentally pull more attention towards itself. I spent more time trying to figure out whether Lupe, Marcos and Aerial should belong there than admiring Lobo and Maria (especially her Roman sandals). Maybe if there had been brighter colors and more of a blur it might have worked differently.

I feel sorry for Max. He spent so much time trying to find Alecia and Elias, and finally got them back, and got Alecia healed, only to lose Sally.

Im surprised about all the feelings than the silence show. The first half of the page is full of dialog but the last part was so powerfull.
We can see the world in the eyes of this father than once upon a time was a king, someone with all the power and responsability of the life from many people. But now he haven’t control of any thing (neither his body) and I can see him suffering about be so powerless about his and his family situation. That is a very good “rhyme” with Sally right now.
And it has sense because Sally and King Max had an strong bond at the beginning of the history. I don’t know if he feel guilty... but I imagine than as a father feels worry for her.
And all that emotions are express in only one tear.

Max obviously has some regrets. he feels responsible for everything that happened, from trusting Eggman to Trusting Geoffery. He was so hung up on traditions that he failed to see the changes his daughter and her friends made, let alone see who his most loyalist subjects were: Sonic and the freedom fighters. he felt he caused all of it, from eggman's rain of terror, to sally and elias's suffering, to this and he feels its too late to fix it.
