Description
Uniform Characters/refs and color refs of the main characters in the Azen Empire in my setting. There's many other characters, but these ones are probably the most recurring. For my setting.

The flags don't represent where they are from, as they've been about 700 years detached from any Earth nation, but moreso where their ancestors came from

Emperor Xian Feng:
A former scientist that specialized in biological augmentations. After sabotaging a cloning plant, he used the clone army he had created to stage a violent revolution where he then seized power from a corporate entity that once ruled the planet and had plans on funding a war economy to sell clone armies to any bidder. After seizing power, he vowed that the clone armies produced by the corporate entity would not go to a war market, but would instead serve his new nation. Having dreams of uniting the free colonies to eventually fight the UCR and force them into retracting the treaties created 300 years ago and allow humanity to recolonize, his aspirations must first get past his enemies in the Terran Federation. After the devastating first war loss, he came to realize that perhaps not all of the free colonies would unify, but if enough were absorbed, then his empire could face the UCR, and eventually force the other's hands into joining the fight against the United Colonial Republic. His plans were dashed after a botched peace accord with the Federation, which once again plunged the Free Colony Zone into chaos.

Lord General Kim Shen:
The opposite of High General Rorick Helmar of the Terran Federation. He's the equivalent to a 5 star general. The leader of the Azen ground forces and staunch supporter of the Emperor's plans. A man who acts as the sword and has overseen the absorbtion of several smaller nations into the fold of the Empire. A vet of the first war, he knows just how deadly a war with the Federation again would be, and though vouched that a fast strike first would be necessary, eventually retracted his aspirations of a strike on the Federation and would help sue for peace. When peace failed, his plans were finally accepted by the Emperor, and the army went to war.

2LT Sato Yamamoto:
One of the underling Lieutenants of Wolf Company, Sato is one of the more aggressive of Alpha's pack. Loyal to the Empire to a T. He's usually at odds with Skara, Alpha's 2nd in command when it comes to planning, as Skara is more of a defensive strategist. At the end of the day, anything Alpha says is what he'll follow. He's the guy who secretly hopes the war would be a long one, as the adrenaline is something he lives for.

1LT "Alpha" Amara:
In the early days of the augmentation processes of becoming a supersoldier, Alpha's old first name became kind of a blur. The processes in the tubes heavily altered some of the memories and personalities of those that were tested on. Eventually, she just took on the name Alpha after becoming the XO and not caring to learn the old name or not admitting that she knows it, has stuck to it. Her personality can be best described as semi-loose canon. She wants to serve the Empire as best she can, but she's no stranger to going off from the plans set before her and doing a different route to get similar results. Hard-headed, this girl just wants a good time, and to keep her pack alive and whole. She'll do whatever she can to make sure they all make it back.

2LT Audrey Skara:
Giving up on her University studies to join the military and accept military testing, she came out still as much of the same girl she was, being one of the lucky few that didn't end up with some sort of brain altering change. Though, being one of the most retaining old memories and personalities, she often joins in with the others on everything they do because she does enjoy the familial bond she's gotten with her company. Being respected by Alpha for being more level-headed than most of the other testosterone-addled supersoldiers, she's often by Alpha's side as a counter-argument to most of the plans brought forward by Sato and the other lieutenants.

CPT Aarush Maharat:
Being the Captain of Wolf company, he and the rest of the unaugmented command staff mostly just sit in an office and file the paperwork for the actual company. Very 'by the books' and never having any combat experience, he expects everything done by wolf company to be exactly as he plans it. And is often left angry that they run off and do something else. At odds with Alpha much of the time, but not feeling he can remove her from her position without a mutiny from the company. Wanting to stay in his position and having aspirations of a promotion, he generally rides off the successes of wolf company, despite him having very little to do with them in terms of tactical planning and combat.
