A much much smaller faction in the TC universe among many of the smaller ones, the Kradian Federation.
However, what makes it more special is the fact that it's one of the extremely few all spacer nations out there. Having gained legitimacy after rebelling through playing the fragile political system after the first war, they gained legitimacy through the Terrans after announcing their support to the Terran cause. The Terrans, wanting a small power in the region accepted them, and their allies followed after.

Since then, the Kradians have been liberating other spacer stations and using their own right as a nation have been recognizing the sovereignty of the others they free
