This pic has an odd history. I hit upon the idea of recreating the (in)famous BoomBox scene from the John Cusack movie "Say Anything" (see it here:[link] ) a while back, but had to go through a lot of revisions to get it to this state.

First, I knew WALL-E himself could be the Boombox, and I tried to make it so that he himself was serenading EVE, but there was no way I could get him to do so while maintaining the pose from the movie.

Second, I wanted EVE to be inside a building to closer recreate the scene, but that didn't work out either.

So here we are. I just liked the idea of WALL-E turning to old movies for advice on how to get EVE's attention, and so this pic idea was born. I hope you like it. ^_^
