Description
This is the Osamu Tezuka character Unico . Unico has appeared in two films, The Fantastic Adventures of Unico released in 1981, and Unico in the Island of Magic released in 1983.Just a quickie photoshop piece from back in 2004.

Definitely an interesting character. It's a shame Tezuka Productions didn't do more with him in the years that followed the two Sanrio features.
