Description
A variation of the Reaver war-beast that almost surpasses the original in popularity, the "Skulker" series is physically frailer but more intelligent and significantly more agile, as it is engineered for stealth and assasination. Extremely flexible thanks to a reduced skeletal structure, they track their quarry silently and unseen, observing its every move and calculating the right moment to strike with their tremendously elongated, razor-sharp tongues, which can additionally be "spun" into multiple appendages to skewer multiple targets. As with the Reavers, they cannot survive long-term on their own, collapsing after just a day without a periodical intake of vitamin compounds.

Though unable to disobey orders, Skulkers left to their own devices quickly take to hunting small animals and "shudder" in apparent pleasure whenever they score a kill. Attempts to engineer out such disquieting behavior has been only moderately successful
