2023 update: Not much! Mostly just colors and trying to make the baby boyyo look as cute as possible

Ikayduh Issac is one of the side characters of my comic Un-Phased .

My refs are to keep the character consistent when drawing them in comic.
Should you wish to draw my characters, please feel free to change up/ignore anything to suit your style better <3

Who is Ike?

The basics:
His given Skayvan name is Ikayduh
He was given the name Issac by the human nuns who took him in.
Just call him Ike. It's easier
He's one of the co-founders of the Scarlet Orphans
He's 13 years old, 5'0" (152 cm,)
Personality:

Ike is an eternal optimist. He believes only in the best of people and is incredibly trusting with just about anyone. Most of the time, he'll believe in just about anything you say. He's not much of a talker and usually likes hanging out by himself or with close friends. With friends, he's a huge yes-man, always going along with plans no matter what. Outwardly, he's hugely expressive, and is terrible at hiding his emotions, especially if he's upset.

Skayvan boy:

"Poor child. We tried raising him as best as we could, but he was always different in ways we did not understand. He was the only skayvan we have raised, after all. His differences from our human children became much more apparent when his plumage changed from gray to bright pinks and purples. He started hiding more from his peers when that happened, and we didn't have answers for him. Not ones that he wanted to hear, anyway. His leaving was heartbreaking, but I knew it would happen eventually. I just pray for his safety and that he finds the answers he needs."

Fun Facts:
This boy loves his bugs. Ladybugs are his favorites
His neckerchief is the original Scarlet Orphan neckerchief that he's had from when he was dropped off. Everyone else's is a replica made to mimic his.
He's very crafty and loves making things, especially for his friends!
