Linguistics

Singular: a skayvan

Plural: several skayven

Despite my perchance to forget, "skayven" need not be capitalized (just like "human" is not)
Unless when speaking of the language, Skayvan (like "English" is capitalized)

Locations

The whole skayvan continent: Ihsohdel

Skayvan mountain country: Ronal-Ihsohdel

Skayvan rainforest country: Kihra-Ihsohdel

Skayvan desert country: Toh-Ihsohdel

Here's an older drawing that's been updated to match the other sheets. The art is still old art, but now it looks more consistent with the rest of the sheets~

The ears emote?: Yup! They don't emote with their faces like humans do, although it can play a little bit of a factor depending on the skayven. Often, to find the emotion a skayven is feeling, look to the ears. They say more than the face ever will.

Why don't skayven bare their teeth when smiling?: Showing teeth is considered to be an aggressive or negative act, as they tend to only bare their teeth when angry or scared.

What about Ike, though?: He was raised by humans, he doesn't know this <3
