Description
So, currently there is a trend of crossing over Elphaba from the hit Broadway show "Wicked" and Elsa from Disney's "Frozen" and I thought, 'why not?' Instead of Glinda whispering in Elphaba's ear, I changed it to Elsa since she is very fair like in the original logo for Wicked.I realized some things after I did this:
1) Idina Menzel does both these characters
2) There is a 10 year difference between the release of these characters
3) They are both witches with marvelous powers and outcasts of society that tried to suppress their powers until they couldn't anymore
4) They both have sisters that they keep a great distance with
5) They have epic musical numbers (Defying Gravity and Let it Go)
Hope you like it! I have yet to find this concept done (I checked google to see if the artwork had been done XD)

I literally said exactly this my friend last night after hearing Let It Go for the first time! That the theme of the song was just like Defying Gravity!!

We need to get Disney to make Wicked into a movie, for those of us who cannot see the broadway play!Β

That had been rumored for a while.... but still not quite in the works :/
I wouldn't mind seeing Wicked turned into a movie If they could do it for Phantom of the Opera, then they should do it for Wicked at some point!!
Although, I'm pretty sure Wicked might be touring if you really want to see it live. I know in L.A. it is playing at the Pantages Theater this coming winter for a limited time. I saw it on stage there about 7 years ago and it was AMAZING! I saw the cast when Eden Espinosa played Elphaba and she was just as fabulous as Idina Menzel.
But you should check out if it's near you!
