The rent is cheep but the stairs are a killer and they wont allow pets.

Perfect! Actually somedays I feel like I'm in a treehouse already b/c our garage apartment has a pretty steep set of stairs, and I'm allergic to pets so we're good. Any chance one's available in Orlando?
