You have a great deal of native talent and it shows. It is also obvious you have a wonderful love of trees--especially the banyan. Keep up the work!! 2x This one has to be a

I just love to draw mate and I love trees so the two go hand in hand for me. The banyan or fig as we call it is plentiful here and gives such scope to an artist, I can draw almost anything and somewhere one of these trees are doing it. I'll keep it up as long as I can, the Tree of Light is based on this one.

Very beautiful, love the steps going up into the heart of the tree. When I was a child I spent a great deal of my summers under trees and up on the branches of trees, but I never managed to find a magical tree that I could actually get inside. If I had, I think I would have wanted it to look very much like this oneβ¦

I used to climb trees all the time but you have to watch out for these doors if you go inside you stay young and never come out untill you learn the secret of life.

Hmmmm, I think it would take a very, very long time to learn the secret of life. Staying young forever has its positive aspects, but if I ever I come across a door leading into a tree, Iβll think twice before venturing throughβ¦

I guess they are from dreams but I am awake when I do the dreaming. They just seem to come out of the pencil.

It's my strong suit so I tend to lean towards a pencil medium more than anything.

Nicely done. The texture really looks like wood. I've never been able to do a decent tree

You most certanly know how to give trees life, take something that we feel about them and give that feeling a form, The textures and the flow is amazing, i love the way roots casscade down.

I want to make people like trees so they look at them as another life form, the fantasy style seems to work because people tell me about their childhood in which trees figered prominatly and as kids we all had fantasys I guess.

I will attempt to satisfy the hunger of the tree hugger and post a lot more.
The reason I put the door in the trees was an everlasting desire I have had to be inside a tree, not phisicaly but have my mind in there so I could talk to it, feel it, see what it sees.
Wouldn't that be a blast, so I refer to the door as the door of enlightenment, to educate us on the laws of nature.
See ya mate.
