Hi! I'm working on a photo just for fun, for a couple that love star wars and I'm wondering if I can use this image in the background of their photo? let me know. Awesome work!!

I thought the engine outputs would be brighter...

Awesome image. I have always been a huge fan of 3d star wars art (almost made a full xwing once..years ago) and other scifi art. 3d art seems to really have taken off.

You're a big inspiration, I can tell you that. Nice lighting, nice clouds, nice details...Great job.

Thank you
I did toy with adding some more glow to the engine output but ultimately felt it swamped the image.

At the risk of ... well ... stating the obvious ...

This piece really captures the atmosphere of the universe. Even though GL would be upset that there aren't hundreds of other ships in the sky. Thanks for giving me a wonderful new desktop!

Thanks
My memories of Empire Strikes Back is of a more spartan cloud city approach Though I did play around with some ships in the far distance when putting the render together.

That's a very nice render. The only thing I would have done is maybe add some more engine blast on the Falcon's engine and/or make it a little brighter. Great setup and lighting though.

Hmmm........ good work, but it seems like you added some detail to the cockpit of the upper-right red-flying-thingy in the previous render that you didn't remove in this one

Damn it LOL !! The stupid thing is that this is the second upload of this image - I did the exact same thing in the bottom left of the image which I didn't notice until I posted. Didn't see this other one - Bangs head on desk and grabs the clone tool
