H. Continental = Humid Continental
H. Subtropical = Humid Subtropical
P. Oceanic = Subpolar Oceanic
H. Oceanic = Temperate "Humid" Oceanic
Munkeez & Sh!+ = Tropical [Not present on the map—I only included it 'cause I thought it was clever. I would go further now and write Munk33z & 5#!+ ]
This map uses the Köppen–Geiger climate classification system , with an isotherm of a -3 °C average temperature in the coldest month to separate subtropical and oceanic climates from continental ones.

BTW, I will be creating an updated version of this eventually, as my climate synthesis skills have markedly improved since this was created in March 2017. )
