While having a six movie Star Wars marathon a while back it occured to me that Obi-Wan has been there the whole time. And he's a pretty cool Jedi. Also the journey from young Obi-Wan to old Ben is handled really well and he keeps his sharp, dry wit his whole life (and when he's dead). It's some really good character development as we really see him grow up.So that said I was inspired to draw Obi-Wan from eps 1,2,3 and 4.
Even though he always wears brown cloaks and yellowish robes I tried to get some variations in there. I think I got it pretty correct.

Obi-Wan, my fave character throughout the original trilogy and soon became my fave character in the new trilogy. You drew his transformation well. Drawings great!!!

I'll probably put the force-ghost Anakin in this next one. I'll draw the original one though not the young Anakin from the dvd release.

This is an excellent drawing. Yeah, Obi-Wan is one of the few characters who appears in ALL Star Wars movies, the other three being C-3P0, R2-D2, and Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader.
As a personal suggestion, probably you could have included Force-ghost Obi-Wan too. It's still a cool pic, though.

I'm thinking of doing an Anakin/Vader one as well. Not the droids though they pretty much saty the same!
I was thinking of including the Ghosty Kenobi but I didn't think I'd be able to do the shading convincingly since he's all blue! It's deffininately something to attepmt in the future though

I'm looking forward for the Anakin/Vader one. As for the droids, I agree, R2-D2 has always been the same, and C-3PO only looked different in Episodes I and II, but that's because in Episode I he was "naked" and in Episode II he still didn't have the golden armor.
