Beautiful ! At first I thought it was a waterscape 
Maybe I would just add some contrast to make it a bit more lively. Contrast often lacks in black and white which is a pity because a picture without colors needs contrasts to have the same impact as a colorful picture !

if you ad some contrast (fe in photoshop or so...) its could be better

fantastic. I like the slight tilt, it add to the desolation of the piece.
