Some more TLK headcanons, this time about Taka, Moyo and Sarafina.

1- "-And then they ran away like cowards! You should've seen me!"
Taka had big childhood crush on Jabali (Sarafina's big brother), he was one of the few cubs he actually listened to, and loved to listen to his stories. Jabali was quite the hothead, since he was a giant lion, even as a cub he could take on opponents older than him, and he loved to make it known. Later Taka's crush started to fade when Jabali became very obviously infatuated with a lioness of their pride, Sabini; he was pretty bitter about it, until...

2- "Hi, Moyo…" "Oh, hi"
As he entered his teens, Taka started developing feelings for another playmate of his, Moyo; this time tough, his feelings were corrisponded, and the two hit it off pretty quickly. They got into all sorts of trouble togheter, and they weren't alone...
3,4- Sarafina was already friends with both of them, and became a bit more than that as time went on, Moyo and Taka were still the main couple at first, but the 3 ended up equally invested in each other and entered a poly relatioship.

5- "Are you ok?"
After a certain amount of time meetin a strange lion, that had charmed him, Taka is lured by him in the outlands; after a failed attempt to bring him on his side, the stranger ends up triyng to get rid of him. Luckily Taka is able to fend him off and roar for help, and is rescued by Moyo and another border guard that were patrolling near that area. The wound is successfully treated by Rafiki, but still leaves a scar on Taka's face.

6- At this point the trio is still happy, Sarafina may or may not be expecting cubs, and Taka's wound has healed up, but he's not "Scar" yet at this point, Mufasa jokingly suggested that it could be a cool nickname, but no one took it seriously. That is going to change very soon...

*Wheeze* I finished this Yesterday but was too mentally tired to sit down and write about it.
So, here we have dear old Taka with his two mates, and surprise! One of them is Nala's dad.Yes, instead of making them rivals, I made them lovers, which is not something I've seen yet.
I've been teasing this on other drawings for a while now, but this also plays a big role on how our dear Taka becomes Scar.

I was planning on drawing here him meeting with Haiba and how things went bad, but there was no space and I decided to leave it for another doodle page, and to leave this one to as a focus on these 3 instead.

Today my brain is turing to mush
