Description
A pride of fluffy (and very strict) lions coming from the mountains up north.
The Pridelands have been trying to form an alliance with them for generations.

- The prince consort, he's the one I based off my initial sketch concept from a week ago, I changed him quite a bit, especially the tail, I wanted him to look super fluffy, so his mane completely blends in with his coat.
He's a strict father and ruler, but not nearly as bad as his mate.

- The queen, she came out super evil looking and I decided to roll with it, despite being smaller than her mate, she's the one in charge of the two, and the first queen, by birth, to actually rule (instead of passing the role to her mate). I wanted her to be as light colored as possible, so I made her underbelly engulf the leg markings as well.
I also accidentally gave her a massive nose and I love it.

- The prince, and future king. In this case the massive crooked nose is intentional, I wanted him to resemble his parents but also a bit unique; made him look a smidge sad, he's softer than he lets on.
He's Kiara's original betrothed, she was supposed to rule the northern pride with him; then Kopa went missing and they rearranged the accord for Theluji to become king consort in the Pridelands. Of course if you know anything about TLK 2, you know that it never happens.
Kiara also always found him to be super ugly (I really tried to make his design ""ugly"" but I'm pretty sure I failed).

Another design note on all of them: I made their scleras more orange than yellow

Soooooo, yeah, that one time doodle became a whole new subplot in my TLK universe/HC
