Some people wanted a tutorial for [link] , so here it is.I tried to explain the steps as well as I could without taking up too much space since it is pretty big.
I used gimp 2.4 to make this, but you can probably do something very similar in photoshop.

may i ask you something? how do i make a new "visible" layer? i keep trying to do that but nothing worked and the flower didnt come out as good because of that.

hmm, I guess I forgot to mention that exactly, but it's pretty simple
a "copy visible layer" just means to make a new empty layer, then go to Edit>Copy Visible, then do Edit>aste, and anchor it
