Description
My first time shooting Shag Rock (now known locally as Shag Pile) since the earthquake. That's it on the left, you'd be forgiven for not recognizing it now, it's changed a bit... For a comparison try [link] titled "Enduring". Haha that title has become more than a little ironic, hasn't it?All comments and feedback welcome

So that's the rock after and the other one before the earthquake? That gives a silent, very strong impression of the powers that have gone through the land there

Yea that's right... and I absolutely agree with you. With the city centre still inaccessable it's one of the biggest changes that I've actually seen so it's a strong representation of what's happened...

The colours! They're so pretty! The little bit of warm from the sun definately balances out out the cools. And the sun being between the two rocks.. magical!!
