i took the dare and stuck my tongue to the frozen telephone pole, i mean clicked full view. i need to look again at home where i have a larger/richer monitor available. i love the palette here, and what i might ignorantly (since i'm far more a writer than visual artist) call its geometric composition.
all in all, the 'align' is my favorite part, though.
are your more recent works print-enabled? i'll have to look, as i don't understand why this one is not.

geometric composition works for me-- i like to think of it as very linear. lots of angles and lines converging and doing all sorts of fun things.
this is one of my favourite older pieces... don't know why i never uploaded it as a print. someday ill get around to it.

thanks.. this is one of my favourite older pieces.
technique..well i work primarily in photoshop--- i use a more painterly fashion in assembling my images-- lots of layers, brushwork. This particular piece was composited from some quick collages i made with old magazine clippings and masking tape. also used some gold tinted wax-- scanned them in and reassembled in photoshop. thats where the fun really begins-- and i start layering and blending and erasing and sleceting and flattening and building up again. tweaking colour and shadow.

it didn't even occur to me that it might have been done in photoshop. very cool, i especially liked the way the tape worked for it. i just kept thinking... this is very confusing to tell how it was done.

there is a man inside that persons head. and it says something. but it is too faint or small and i cant read it.
i would be ashamed if i couldnt read the align you are talking about. ha

i was hopin i was missing something.. and apparantely i was. hell you noticed something that even i didnt notice was there. It is indeed a man. and the faint print you see says 'for any drainage problem' -- had to blow up, desaturate and play with contrast to read it!

actually they were a last minute decision- the piece seemed to have a religious feel to me so i thought the cross like shapes pushed it further in that direction
