Something lightly tapped your shoulder. You mumbled and shook it off. Another tap, this time harder. You lifted your hand and swatted away, only to fall on the floor. You yelped in surprise as you came into contact with the harsh wood. Eyes shooting open, you saw a pair of boots. "Wha-What happened?! I swear I was cleaning!" You said, quickly scrambling to stand back up.

"Yes, of course you were. Which explains why you were asleep leaning against a mop." Hanji said with a smile. You sighed and shrugged. "Anyway, the reason I interrupted your nap, is because I need you to do me a favor." She said.

"I have a feeling I can't deny, so what is it?" You asked, putting the mop against the wall.

"Can you deliver this to Corporal Shorty?" Hanji asked, handing you two folders filled to the brim with papers.

You looked out the window that was to your left. It was pitch black outside. "Hanji, what time is it?" You asked, turning back to the brunette.

"Oh, y'know, just the regular three in the morning." She said casually, waving her hand as if it wasn't a big deal.

"Three? How long have I been asleep?!"

"What time did you start?"

"I think around nine at night... then I worked for two hours..." You trailed off.

"That's five hours. Wow, (f/n), you have good balance for being able to be on that mop for five hours straight without falling." She said.

"Hanji, I doubt Levi will even be awake." You countered, ignoring her slight compliment.

"Oh, I'm sure he will." She said. She had this weird glint in her eyes. You'd seen it before, many times. Before she experimented on a titan, before she did something that would get you in trouble, before she laughed... Would this involve all those things?

"Okay..." You said with a suspicious tone, walking around her to the door.

"Just don't talk too much to him, he won't hear you!" Hanji called from behind you. Before you could respond, she giggled and ran out the door. You stared after her with a confused expression. Not able to hear me?... You thought. You brushed it off and headed in the direction of Levi's office.

~*Time Skip*~

You knocked on the door softly, since it was three in the morning and everyone was likely to be asleep. "Heichou, sir? I've got some papers from Hanji." You said in a voice slightly above a whisper.

You heard him mumble something inaudible. You took this as a sign to enter, so you slowly turned the doorknob and opened the wooden slab slightly. Peeking your head in, you turned to his desk. Empty. And the room was dark, the only light was the moon that leaked through the windows. You stepped in and closed the door behind you. "I could've sworn I heard him..." You said to yourself, setting the papers on his desk and looking around the room. Spotless, as usual. He might be somewhere else, just go to bed. A voice in your head told you.

Human curiosity is sometimes impossible to hold back.

You scanned the room a little more, looking for something unusual. "Heichou?" You whispered.

"Idiots..." A voice came. You saw a door creaked open, with a little light flooding out, most likely from a candle. Ignoring that little voice in your head that screamed "NO!" you walked towards the door and opened it about halfway. You had to put a hand over your mouth to stop yourself from laughing.

Levi was sleeping in his bed. Normal, yes? Well... not the way he was sleeping. He was hugging a mop like his dear life depended on it. Not to mention that he was also talking in his sleep. You could only catch a few words as the rest were inaudible.

"No... No, Shitty Glasses... Get that damn needle away from my face... NO!" He clutched the mop closer to his chest. His bare chest. You smiled a little and closed the door behind you, leaning on it a little as you watched his facial expressions.

The sleeping Levi showed a lot more emotions than the awake Levi. You saw him twitch a little, kicking the mop to the side only to hug it closer. Your smile grew into a grin. He furrowed his eyebrows and looked deeply irritated. "Sh-shut up... No, I don't want to... No, I don't want to touch your eyebrows Erwin... Stop asking me." He spoke. This time you let out a small laugh, unable to contain it.

You saw his expression relax a bit and he smiled in his sleep. It was a beautiful smile. Such a shame he never showed it. "She's so beautiful..." He murmured. Your eyes widened and you pushed yourself away from the door, advancing closer to the man's figure. "Her eyes... sparkle like stars..." He murmured.

You tilted your head to the side in confusion, but smiled slightly. Who was this girl Levi was dreaming about? You crouched down in front of him, so you were at eye-level with his face. He twitched once again in his sleep before continuing. "She has such a spirit... So passionate of... of what she does..." He murmured. "So kind... Never hesitates to... to help her... friends..." He twitched again.

Hesitantly, you reached over and brushed a stand of hair away from his face. He suddenly stiffened, and you quickly pulled your hand away. He let out a sigh and hugged his mop. "Intelligent... Corrected me multiple times on things..." He muttered.

"Blushes..." He laughed softly in his sleep with a smile. "Her blush is cute..." He said. You smiled a little and folded your hands in your lap. "(f/n)... If only you'd notice..." He whispered.

Your eyes widened. "Me?" You whispered to yourself. This seemed to snap him out of his trance and he shot straight up, the blankets falling off of him to reveal his entire muscular chest. He looked around with a confused and irritated expression until he saw you kneeling on the floor.

"Wha-what the hell are you doing here, (f/n)?" He hissed out.

"A-Er-Sir-I mean Heichou- Ah, Nothing!" You stuttered, your face growing a blush due to his tan skin just a few inches away from you.

"You're a terrible liar." He said bluntly.

"Why do you sleep with a mop, sir?" You asked, trying to change the topic. You saw his expression turn slightly shocked as his gaze flicked down to the mop to his side.

"I don't sleep with it." He said.

"You were hugging it." You said, noticing how uncomfortable the topic made him.

"Well maybe... I can't fall asleep without hugging something..." He muttered, looking away from you. You had to suppress a laugh. Humanities Strongest Soldier had to hug something in order to sleep? This was gold.

"Heichou?" You asked.

"Levi." He corrected.

"Levi..." Sounded nice. "Are you aware that you talk in your sleep?" You asked.

He was silent for a moment. "What did you hear?" He asked, not meeting your gaze, but keeping his eyes locked on the sheets in front of him.

"Well... You were telling Hanji not to get you with a needle." He smirked at that. "And you were telling Erwin that you didn't want to touch his eyebrows." He let out a soft chuckle. "And you were talking about... me." You said. His expression became his natural one. He suddenly groaned and pressed his palm to his forehead.

"You heard all of that?" He asked. You nodded feebly. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Well I was hoping to confess in a little ore of a romantic manner, not while I was sleep talking." He said.

"Confess, sir?" You asked.

He finally locked his gaze with yours. "I may have adapted some feelings towards you..." He said. "Special feelings." He added.

You knew what he was talking about. But why not play dumb for a moment? "What kind of special feelings, Levi? There are a lot of them." You said. He seemed to sense your little act, and he smirked.

"Would you like me to give you an example?" He asked.

"Sure, I'd like to see one." You said with a smile.

He raised an eyebrow to you, the tipped your chin up. Since you were kneeling on the floor, he had to lean down to press his lips against yours in a soft and gentle kiss. You smiled against him before he pulled away. You felt a heat rise to your cheeks and he rolled his eyes with a small rare smile.

"Now, since I'm getting tired of this damn mop, and I need something to hug at night..." He trailed off and looked you up and down from where you stood up. You smiled and felt your blush grow deeper.

"You're asking me to go to bed with you so soon?" You said sarcastically.

He sighed and motioned to the spot beside him. "Just get over here." He muttered. You let out a giggle and went around to the other side of the bed, climbing in and pulling the covers over yourself. A small clank on the floor signaled Levi kicking the mop away. You felt his strong arms wrap around you and pull your body closer to his until your back was pressed against his toned chest.

"Don't talk in your sleep, because you'll wake me up." You whispered after a while. You felt him kiss the top of your head in response.

"I don't think you'll be able to pull away from my hug anyway." He whispered in return. You furrowed your brows and tried tugging away. You didn't even move an inch.

"Fine." You muttered. You heard him chuckle from behind you as he nestled his face into your soft (h/c) hair.

He ended up talking in his sleep again. But it was stuff about you. He was dreaming about Eren trying to steal you away from him, from what he said. "Jaeger, I'll kick your ass if you come near her..." He said once. He even twitched a few times. But he mostly kissed the top of your head, or the back of your neck, or your cheek. Him and his stupid sleeping habits.

~*Bonus Ending*~

"Awww, how cute." Your eyes fluttered open. Bright daylight was seeping through the windows. You turned a little, as much as you could with Levi trapping you with his strong arms, to see a familiar brunette staring down at your figure.

"H-Hanji?" You asked.

"Did you see him and his mop?" Hanji asked with a giggle.

"Yeah..." You whispered.

"I'm going to tell the others, you make sure he's asleep." She whispered in return, and started backing away.

"I swear to God Hanji, if you tell anyone I'll kill you." Levi said from beside you. His eyes were closed and his voice was muffled a little from his face being in a pillow.

"Don't worry, he's just sleep talking again." Hanji whispered to you.

"I'm not sleeping. I'll take your experiments away for a month if you tell anyone about Moppingtons." He said bluntly.

"NO! NOT MY BABIES! MY TITANS, LEVI, THEY'RE MINE! I PROMISE I WON'T TELL, JUST DON'T TAKE AWAY MY BABIES!" She screeched, then ran out the door in the direction of her lab.

You were silent for a moment. "... Moppingtons?" You finally questioned.

"Shut up." He muttered. You giggled and kissed his forehead.
