Description
My father.Aircraft run in my family. My father is a pilot, and he flies an ex-Air Force trainer taking people high into the sky for a rare, unforgettable aerial experience.
My uncle, dad's brother, is an airline pilot in the north of Australia.
And then there's me, whose job involves aircraft and who lives on an Air Force base.
It's funny, cos not long ago I used to hate my dad a lot. He was very controlling cos he wanted me to succeed. But hey, it worked! And now I think he's awesome. This image was taken in front of the Caribou at the RAAF base I often visit and has its own photo here [link]
My father runs flying courses for Air Force Cadets, allowing youth to experience flying in hopes of one day gaining their own pilots' license. He is the Victorian Flying Unit's commanding officer, and holds the rank of Flying Officer AAFC.
It's great to have influential family members, especially when what they do helps you into a similar career path. Thanks Dad!

I get a lot from him, including physical appearance.
Unfortunately the main thing I got from my mother's side is the bad eyesight.
