Description
A character that I don't own, but I felt she deserved a place in Helix.Anyone familiar with Mariko's story would know that she embodies the kind of person Blood wants to help. There's a catch though - Mariko may look cute but she is absolutely ruthless.
You'll be admiring her pretty looks all the while she's spilling your innards all over the floor. Those wispy hands are mental projections so intense they can slice through solid steel.
Blood gave Mariko a second chance - a life away from disability and being kept on a leash. Some people don't realise they're on a leash until it's too late. Thankfully, Mariko was redeemed. Now she can walk and smile and dance and do the things a girl her age should. The special jumpsuit she wears lets her make the most of her newfound mobility whilst helping to amplify her vector power. Just don't make her angry.
Good god, PLEASE, don't make her angry!
Mariko appeared in Liberation wearing this attire. Go read that story! It's a work I am proud of. And I'm proud of J8d's work on the newest addition to our roster, Mariko Kurama, straight from one of the most awesome manga ever.

Is she a Diclonius? She have vectors and two ribbons on her head ( in elfen lied lucy, a diclonius, covers her horns with ribbons.)

Hmm...you know now that I think about it...I think Elfen Lied had some impact on me while I was working on Amber and Beanie. Probably due to its awesomeness.

After a Wikipedia check, I can see that Blood and they have a common goal. And hate, and a few powers.
