Steven could only remember a blinding light, when he came to he was met with vague reflections of himself surrounding him in some kind of prism! After a moment or so he realised that what had him contained was in fact a gigantic crystal structure with a metallic base, he thought it was inside some kind of machine or perhaps a moving prison?

"WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ITEM, I WOULD LOVE ONE JUST LIKE IT!" "THE CUT IS SO WELL DONE AND THE WAY IT GLIMMERS IN THE LIGHT IS DIVINE!"

Booming voices deafened his ears, blurred blue and yellow shapes loomed closer but the walls containing him only warped them further making their identities obscured! The sounds were coming from what was before Steven and soon it was all too apparent that he was being observed from within wherever he was! White Diamond gently lifted her fingers in a flaunting fashion, she had a ring made to wear upon her graceful finger to complement her immense elegance and beauty, she didn't know that Steven was encased in the ring's gemstone but even if she did it likely would have only worsened his situation in some way. With each flick and turn of her wrist Steven is shaken around like a useless toy inside a capsule for the amusement of his unknowing captor, he could barely cope with Diamond when she acknowledging him but now he had been reduced to an accessory!

"OH THIS? PERSONALLY I WAS CONSIDERING THROWING IT OUT AS I HAVE GROWN BORED, THOUGH I WILL ADMIT THE SLIGHT RATTLE FROM INSIDE IS RATHER PLEASANT WHEN I REALLY SHAKE IT! PERHAPS I COULD SIMPLY MOVE THE RING FROM MY FINGER TO ONE OF MY TOES, THEY'RE JUST AS GORGEOUS AS ANY OTHER PART OF ME AND SEEING AS MOST GUESTS BARELY REACH UP TO THEM THEY WILL GET TO GAZE UPON IT~"

Another October has arrived so that means another attempt at the infamous Inktober challenge. I have yet to do all 31 days but I feel like this is my year. This year starts us off with "Crystal" and what better crystal than a living one? I don't actually know anything about Steven Universe so I don't know if she's actually related to crystals at all. I just remember something about "Crystal Gems" and went with it.
